1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MySalesFlow ("the Service"), operated by TheCarCo ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including dealership administrators, sellers, sales managers, and any other authorised personnel.

2. Description of Service

MySalesFlow is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed specifically for car dealerships. The Service enables dealerships to:

  • Connect and manage Instagram Business accounts to receive and respond to Direct Messages
  • Capture, store, and manage sales leads from multiple channels including phone, email, and web
  • Manage vehicle stock, customer enquiries, and sales pipelines
  • Integrate with third-party platforms such as AutoTrader and social media feeds

3. Account Registration & Access

Access to MySalesFlow is provided on an invitation or subscription basis to authorised dealership personnel. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at aryan@thecarco.co.uk if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Instagram & Meta Integration

When you connect an Instagram Business account to MySalesFlow, you authorise us to access and process Direct Messages on your behalf through Meta's official API. This integration is subject to Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram's Terms of Use in addition to these Terms.

You represent that you have the authority to connect the Instagram Business account and that you will comply with all applicable Meta and Instagram policies when using the messaging features.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Send unsolicited messages or spam through the Instagram messaging integration
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code or harmful content
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorised third parties

6. Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of customer data within MySalesFlow complies with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.

7. Intellectual Property

MySalesFlow, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by TheCarCo and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your dealership's internal business operations during your subscription period.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will endeavour to provide reasonable notice where possible. The Service depends on third-party APIs (including Meta/Instagram) whose availability is outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheCarCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or if required by law or a third-party platform (including Meta). You may disconnect your Instagram integration and cease using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
